- Under review
A policy essay in Bangla on reforming Bangladesh's education system. It argues that dividing students into separate streams, and forcing an early choice between science, humanities and business in class nine, holds students back and weakens the country. It proposes a new structure built on continuity, with trial-based subject selection, a transparent system for recruiting and evaluating teachers, three specialised universities, a financing plan and a phased pilot.
